I weighed myself last Monday and was 10 pounds lighter. I have been overeating/binging the past couple of weeks, but the most I have ever eaten in a single day is till under 4,000. I know you'll say it's "water weight," but still... The number causes so much guilt and anxiety!

Given your history on this site, have you spoken with a professional? A lot of us "gained" over the holidays, and water weight/daily fluctuations are natural. Any guilt/anxiety about food or weight is causing you undue stress that you don't need, especially during this happy season! Please make sure you're taking care of yourself; your physical health is just as important as your mental and emotional health, so make sure you're taking care of all three. :)

You lost 10 pounds and you feel guilty?? It's not water weight and you really should speak to a professional.

Speak to a professional about the guilt and anxiety... It IS mainly water weight.

    OHHH, gotcha.
OP, in that case it IS mostly water weight. And again, you should not be feeling guilt or anxiety, regardless of the direction.

Did you have a question? Judging from your photo, gaining weight might not be a bad thing.

I hope you're working with a professional to resolve your feelings on this. You should not feel guilt about this, especially when you're in a position where you do need to gain.
