10 Weeks To Christmas - Just Starting
So like most on here it seems I yo yo diet and yo yo exercise. I currently weight 14 Stone (UK) varying 2-4 lb either side of this. How many calories do you burn in your average gym session
Question in the title really? I don't have time to do more than an hour in the gym 3-4 times a week. According to the machines I am burning 200 calories in an hour. This is based on 40 minutes on the cross trainer (effort level 4) and 20 minutes on the running machine - but I walk - on an incline of 4% and speed of 3.5mph.
