Looking for "pals" over age 60, please
This is not my first rodeo. I lost 65 lbs. on MFP 12 years ago, but I have slowly and surely gained it all back, thanks to a bad heart, bad knees, and raging arthritis. Finding it hard to lose weight now because of health issues and age. Looking for friends who've "been there, done that, still doing it". :) Thank you.

Very much alone and looking for support
Hi...I am 59 years old. An only child, my parents are both deceased. I moved to a foreign country 21 years ago to marry my husband and have made almost no new friends since neither of us is very social - are mostly "homebodies" who enjoy working our hobby farm. I have 3 adult children but 2 live away from home and rarely…

Protein powder suggestions (in Canada)
Hi all...I am in Canada. I am on a low carb diet but can't seem to meet my protein macros, so I was wondering which protein powder supplement you use? Looking for one that tastes great without so many calories. Thank you!

Third time's the charm!
Well, here I am again at MFP. First time I joined was in 2011, and I lost 65 lbs. in one year. Hit a wicked plateau and couldn't lose any more...very frustrating. My stress-eating habits crept back and I gained back what I had lost over the course of the next couple years...with a bit extra to boot. No one's fault but my…

Third time's the charm!
Well, here I am again, for the third time. First time I joined MFP in 2011 and lost 65 lbs. by 2012. YAY me! However, as a stress eater extraordinaire, I gained it all back and then some. Second time, I lost the "extra" I had gained. Then put it on again. Now I am ready to make this a lifelong journey as I have dealt with…

I once was lost, but now I'm found
This dieting thing is not easy, and sometimes, we crash and burn. But every day is a new day to try again. That is how I am choosing to look at it. My story.... Two years ago, I weighed 60 lbs. less than I do now, thanks to this website. But when I hit a plateau that lasted 6 months with no change, no matter what I tried.…

Need friends who have failed before but are back again
Hi! I was a member of MFP back in 2012. I lost 60 lbs but I have gained most of it back since then. I am ready to start anew and I am looking for friends who are over 50 and have a great sense of humor. Thank you!

I lost 60 lbs. back in 2012 here, but have gained most of it back. I am back again to try harder this time not to let plateaus get the best of me. Looking for friends, mostly anyone who has yo-yo'ed like me, and/or anyone over 50 years of age.Thank you.
