I lost 60 lbs. back in 2012 here, but have gained most of it back. I am back again to try harder this time not to let plateaus get the best of me. Looking for friends, mostly anyone who has yo-yo'ed like me, and/or anyone over 50 years of age.Thank you.

I am right there with you! I lost 40lbs and was less than 10lbs from my goal weight, but then gained back about 20lbs. I am refocusing and getting back on track. I am not over 50 but would love to be friends with people re-starting again!

Yeah I started I guess in 2013 to lose then about 80 lbs. Then last year I signed up with a new account cause I couldn't find the old one lol...with the intent of losing 90 lbs. I lost about 20 then I lost my focus and gained the 20 back along with some.more. I came back in Jan needing to lose 105 lbs. Isn't that awesome? Lol

Well I've lost some of it...this time going to make it work. And when I get to goal I will continue to weigh myself every week to avoid this from happening ever again. Easier to lose 5 lbs than 105!

You guys are still MFP success stories. Just because you gained weight back, does not negate the fact that you lost it in the first place. Awesome work getting yourselves back on track again. Good luck :-)

I've lost and gained large amounts several times and it's always been a struggle. I'm a couple years away from 50 and 100+lbs away from my goal. This time is different. I'm determined.

I've been there as well. I lost 55 lbs and was feeling great! Then I lost it and gained back 40 lbs. Need less to say I don't feel great and don't sleep well either. Hoping to do better this time around. Good luck to all of you.
