Coffee Creamer
I'm a coffee drinker-about 3 cups a day-but would like to use a creamer that won't kill my calories. I can't bring myself to drink it black, I do like a little flavor. Any suggestions?

Is the only way to do this by sitting in an ice bath? Doc says I need to ice ten minutes a day.

I recently (in the last few days) had orthotics put into my shoes bc my right leg is a quarter inch shorter than my left. I've got tendonitis in my right ankle and also an extremely tight IT band.
