Looking to lose 10 lbs in a month-curious if anyone has achieved this same goal and, if so, what were you eating? I have eliminated dairy and I'm a little sensitive to eggs so I try to only have those for breakfast once or twice a week. I'm looking for simple, quick meal ideas or a meal plan that would be eAsy to implement into my daily routine, as I have an 11 month old who keeps me on my toes!

Any advice or ideas would be greatly appreciated!

    Caloric deficit equals weight loss.

enter your stats into MFP, set it for two pound per week loss, and eat to that number...

I know some people have achieved this but you are going to need to be especially meticulous. It's recommended not to lose more than 2lbs a week (8lbs a month) but it's doable. You need to weigh your food meticulously with a scale (or measure, at the very least) and keep an eye on every bite. I personally just cut my portions back, measure and still eat what I want (and cook at home six out of seven nights) and it's taken me a little less than 2 months for 10lbs. But that's just my chosen pace.

    Good luck!

If you are heavier to begin with, you will lose more than MFP says you will. Then as you lose weight, it will be harder to continue a 10lb/month loss. It will also mean you're hungrier trying to lose that much weight if you only need to lose 20-30lbs but are pushing yourself a little hard.

I would at least get advice from a doctor.
