Back of arm twitch driving me crazy

Just curious about anyone's experience. I shop there for some stuff but the one thing I never buy there is meat. They now advertise that they sell usda choice, and organic beef, can I trust that? Does that mean it's from the US? Is there any way to know where it comes from?

Trying to do keto instead of moderate low carb

Twitch in upper thigh?
Has anyone else experienced this? It's my outer upper thigh and its a solid twitch not like a little tremor, not a cramp either. I commonly get one under my left eye when I'm dehydrated but I don't have that. I tried googling and it came up with all sorts of craziness so I thought asking here might be less scary lol.
