Replaces Soy Sauce
I have been using Coconut Secret Soy Seasoning for 2 teaspoons it is 180mg of sodium and low in potassium which are two things I have to watch. I do find that it serves the purpose and I buy it at a Health Food Store and of course it is more expensive but for me worth it.

Weight
When I got up early this morning and I weighed myself I had gained almost 2 lbs from yesterday. I then went to the kitchen to put water in the kettle and then I weighed my self again and lost the 2 lbs, isn't life great.

SUGAR
I am on a 1200 Calorie a day and it says I am allowed 45 grams of sugar. I did a check with Health Canada and they recommend to lose weight it should be 25 grams.

Ground Turkey
I would like some help with cooked in Pam Spray Maple Leaf Ground Turkey with Rosemary. When I measure 1/2 cup which I thought it would be 4oz and then when I put it on a Scale it only weights 1 oz. I would like to know what you all get with Calories Carbs Protein Fat and Sodium. Thank You

IceBurg Lettuce
Did a search for 3 cups of Ice Burg Lettuce and the Sodium count was 84 grams, surely that can't be right and did more searches and found some that were way lower. I guess will have to do more searches before I add them to my meal plan and not trust everything posted.

Adding extra Carb Sodium Sugar Protein Points
I can add extra Calories on my Quick Tools but can you add extra as noted above. Activia No Fat Yogurt has new listings but can not find it doing a search.
