Replaces Soy Sauce

I found that Coconut Secret Soy Free Seasoning replaces the Soy Sauce I would normally use. This has 180 mg of sodium for 2 teaspoons and low in potassium. These are two things I have to watch and although it is more expensive I find it is worth the price at least for me. You can buy it on Amazon Canada but I buy it at my local Health Food Store.

    For those of us on a paleo diet or needing to be gluten free it is heaven sent.
