If anyone is on a low potassium diet can you give some ideas on what to eat or stay away from.

Have you been advised to eat a low potassium diet for a medical condition? Your Dr should refer you to a registered dietician so you are aware of what to eat/avoid... there are lots of helpful sites such as the kidney foundation which give good info on low potassium foods as it's a bit of a minefield! A quick google search will give you a few ideas to start with but I'd definitely chase up a dietician appointment as they can tailor it better to your needs and explain things clearly.0
