I would like some help with cooked in Pam Spray Maple Leaf Ground Turkey with Rosemary. When I measure 1/2 cup which I thought it would be 4oz and then when I put it on a Scale it only weights 1 oz. I would like to know what you all get with Calories Carbs Protein Fat and Sodium. Thank You

Go by the scale weight, but make sure you use an entry that lists the cooked weight, and not raw. If you just used Pam, and not other fat in cooking (or other foods that would add calories), I would ad 25 calories on for the Pam.

In the future, it is better to weigh all ingredients raw, rather than cooked.

I have a hard time believing that 1/2 cup of ground turkey would only be 28g. I suggest buying a new scale.

Yeah, it doesn't weigh an oz....more likely closer to 4 oz.
