Turbofire.
I am starting turbofire today! But I'm not sure how to log it in myfitnesspal. I just ordered a hrm. So until that gets in, what should I log it under? & do I log the HIITs under something different?? Heeeeelp!

Pre workout shake or supplement?
Who uses it? & what has worked for you? I workout after my daughter goes to bed most days & I don't seem to have the energy to push myself.

Plateau I think. Suggestions?
I've been doing Banish Fat Boost Metabolism for two weeks. 5 times a week. I eat 1200-1400 calories a day. Sticking closer to 1200 on rest days. My weight hasn't budged since I started this workout. Any suggestions? Should I up my calories? Or maybe stop this workout & try another?

Help! Counting calories & exercise.
Mfp has it set to 1200 calories a day. If I workout & burn 300, should I be eating it back? I want to make my weightloss healthy. I'm just unsure of all this.
