I am starting turbofire today! But I'm not sure how to log it in myfitnesspal. I just ordered a hrm. So until that gets in, what should I log it under? & do I log the HIITs under something different?? Heeeeelp!

No idea what turbo fire is but if it is some form of cardio then just enter in your normal cardio workout if your perceived effort is similar.
If cardio is new to you then a ballpark figure that will work for now is 300 calories per 60 minutes.0 -
Just do what you can until your HRM comes in but I would log them under a high impact cardio for now as there's really nothing like it out there. I burned up to 500 calories in some of the workouts, just stay on track with your nutrition and it won't really matter! I LOVE Turbo, btw! If you're looking for someone who's done it a few times before feel free to friend me!0
