Mfp has it set to 1200 calories a day. If I workout & burn 300, should I be eating it back? I want to make my weightloss healthy. I'm just unsure of all this.

Yes, eat those back. Because you'll already be in a calorie deficit, it won't matter!0

Ok. So that's where a protein shake would come in & be perfect after a workout! Thanks!0

Track your exercise calorie eat back carefully as it will probably need adjusting. You should eat back at least 50%.

Definitely wouldn't go under 1200 calories period. if you burn 300 calories and under the 1200 mark eat enough food to keep you about it.0
