Sugar in fruit?
I don't really eat added sugar, just sometimes ice cream or cookies. Anyway... should I be worried about my sugar intake from fruit? I really love eating fruit but I reach 60 grams (my "goal") really easily! I just had my bloodwork done and glucose level is fine.

Overnight oats
Hey everybody, usually I eat this for breakfast* oats * coconut milk * a teaspoon of chia seeds * honey what can I add or change to vary a bit, keeping oatmeal, milk and the overnight soak (i'm lazy) ?

Vegetarians: macro splits and how to get protein
What are your macro splits? What protein rich food do you eat to fulfil your daily needs? I'm eating 1800 calories/day and my splits are 40/30/30 (c/p/f), so protein around 130g/day. I'm transitioning to vegetarianism and I find it difficult to reach my protein goal. PS: my aim is weight loss

Lentils burgers anybody?
I've some cooked lentils and I want to make lentils burgers, do you got any nice recipes to try? Does it taste good with buns or it's better (not healthier, just about taste) only the patty and toppings? Thanks!

Is there such a thing as too much proteins?
My macro ratio is 35 35 30 (protein carbs fat) so my protein intake is around 150 g. My weight is 160 pounds. Is it ok?

Which macro ratio do you use?
I'm 23 M 175 cm, started around 84 kg, now 73 kg and trying to shed another 10 before starting to build muscles. I'm eating around 1700 kcal with 35-35-30 macro, so 150 g of both proteins and carbs and 57 g of fat. Do you think it's a good ratio to lose weight? Which one are you using?

Halfway down!
From 86 kg to 75 kg, first time in years I'm in the normal weight range of BMI, I just wanted to share my happiness with you all! Thank you MFP! It's so great having to buy smaller pants :D Now I still want to lose 10 kg and create some muscle mass! :#
