Eat whole wheat bread and you're fine, carbs won't kill you mate

I'd say chicken meat and eggs. I thought they were good for you but nope.

Calories: the amount you need to lose, gain or maintain your weight. It doesn't matter if you eat plant based or not Protein: MFP website will give you a 50C - 30F - 20P by default, I believe it's ok. 20% protein is more than enough, I think around 1g per KG of bodyweight is a good level.

Is this a troll post? Why would you go back eating meat? What was your reason to being vegetarian in the first place? I'm sure there's no logical way to why you should go back to eat meat.

and also water weight. Carbs aren't the enemies, they are what gives you energy.

Not eating animal product is great for animals, our planet and you. Just be careful, you can eat vegan and still eat bad stuff for your body e.g. too many processed foods and fake meats etc. I think is good to eat this vegan junk food once in a while, especially if the transition is hard (you crave nuggets or a burger -…

Why would someone eliminate carbs (=energy) from their diet is beyond my comprehension.

tofu, seitan, tempeh

Of course, olive oil - I'm Italian :D

Proteins are great to make you feel full but I actually find it easier to be full now that I'm vegetarian after a big bowl of veggies stir fry!
-
today (here is night) I had 90 grams of sugar, 20 were from soy milk and veggies, 70 from fruit. I had too many dried plums  I also track fibres and I always get plenty of them too!
-
Don't worry about carbs, just don't go overboard with calories and try to reach your macros and micros! I love making stir fry, adding seitan if I want more proteins, rice with beans, pasta salads, stuffed peppers with cous cous... you can find really a lot of recipes! I've been eating pescatarian, eggs and dairy for a…

Anybody tried the vegan bland or the pea protein isolate from myprotein? Their whey protein powder is great but I'd like something dairy free

Weigh when dry and log it. When cooked it's gonna have the same calories but of course not the same weight.
-
Can't you filter posts written in Korean? At least in the English forum, even just during a certain time frame (always when in the US is night).
-
How can you even hate ALL the vegetables? So many different flavours and ways to cook them.
-
It looks a bit low on calories. I'd also increase the fats

Why would you do that? Drinking calories is easier than eating them and will leave you less full.
-
I like to use this website http://nutritiondata.self.com What I mean with my comment is that I like more to cook whole food than to buy processed one.
-
I think it's actually better to stick to food that doesn't have calories written on it  you can find all the calories on myfitnesspall or googling and it's much more accurate that the one you can find on packaged food labels.

Turkish food is as nice as it can be on a plane (economy class), but I'd rather pack some food from home to get the flavour, nutrients and calories you want.
-
Not being american I've no idea what cream is - anyway try put a splash of milk in your coffee. It makes it sweeter and not too many calories.
-
around 300 g of turkey breast with natural seasonings and green salad without any oil or sauces
-
You americans are really afraid of getting hurt by the truth... Not talking about your son, but if someone is fat why can't people say "you're fat"? Talking about your son, he was just angry.

35 carbs 35 protein 30 fat

I skip breakfast and eat my calories mainly for lunch, dinner and usually a snack in the afternoon, it helps me keep control of my calories because I can eat more tasty and filling meals for lunch and dinner. It takes a bit to get used to not eat breakfast but after that it's gonna be ok!

Amen! I'm gonna put in in my profile :#

I am trying both since I started walking (not running) the other day. The calories burned are totally different: for a 5 km walk, 9:08 min/km Runtastic says 209 kcal, Runkeeper 322 kcal. for a 3.1 km walk, 9:34 min/km Runtastic says 135 kcal, Runkeeper 196 kcal. :| Which one is the most accurate?
