You have to relax. Any weight loss plan without pizza is a bad weight loss plan.0

err thats a bit of an extreme reaction. Try being kind and supportive with yourself. If you need to remember write it down or take a photo of the box and pin it up by the computer. Dont beat yourself up its pointless. You will perform better on your diet if you feel good about yourself and tackle your journey with confidence and determination.
Its just a pizza, dont demonise food. log it learn from it and move on. No biggie, it really isnt.0 -
Everything in moderation. Nothing wrong with a dessert eaten in moderation and within your calorie goals.
Try to find a way that will become a lifestyle change and includes all the foods you will eat in future. You can do this.0 -
Sorry you feel that way. I ate 2 cupcakes and feel fine, but I've gotten over the "hating myself for eating naughty food" game.0

I shove my face with a whole pizza on the regular. Hasn't stopped me from making all kinds of weightloss gains. All kinds.0

Haha. Nice one.0 -
I would suggest tossing out anything you think you know about dieting. Once you feel like you're ready to start your plan, go here:

Just got back yesterday from a 7 day cruise, enjoyed all the delicious food!!
OP: With that mindset you won't go far.0 -

^^^ This. I’m about to enjoy a donut that fits into my daily weight loss goals just fine.0 -
i would suggest taking it easy and reexamining how you view food and ditch the bad vs good food mentality.
The reason that you are reacting in such an extreme manner is because you view food as "bad" and not that you have indulged you are freaking out because you at "bad" food.
Indulging once in a while is going to happen and the reaction should not be that you have to penalize yourself. If you want to eat a little bit less to make up for going over, I get that but you don't have to.
Yesterday, I was on the beach all day and ended up drinking beers, eating chicken wings, and then had a what a burger run at like 8:00 and I ended up about 1200 calories over. Sometimes, I would just eat normally the next day, but today I am going to eat a little bit less to make up for it…but my day today is going to include pasta, some bread, and ice cream….
Part of the lifestyle change is realizing that it is OK to indulge every once in a while and that your logging/tracking is not always going to be 100% accurate.

As it's already been posted... there's no crap or naughty foods if everything is in moderation. Eating a slice of dessert pizza will not magically make you gain all your weight back... nor will eating salad for one day make you lose everything you aim for.
Let it go, celebrate motherhood, and do something healthy today that makes you happy like play with kids!0 -
Huh, I eat that "crap" almost every week. It's about CICO. If you want pizza, eat the pizza, just make sure it fits into your day. Besides, you're celebrating your mother and/or yourself (presumably). Feeling bad because of what you ate is probably not the best example to set.0

I was going to chime in like alot of other people did and say that I eat "crap" on a regular basis and still have success, but everyone's different. I know there was a time where I had to avoid that stuff all together because I couldn't put moderation into practice. So anyway, good for you for making that choice! Just remember that eventually you will want to incorporate some "crap" or you likely won't be successful in the long run.

Do you mean physically or mentally feel like crap? There's no reason you should mentally feel like crap, because there's nothing wrong with pizza, desert ot otherwise, especially on a day you're celebrating with your family.0

I'm sorry, but if you feel this way, you're doing something wrong. You obviously have a really bad relationship with food. There's nothing healthy about hating yourself for eating something. That's not what fitness is about. Please, today's a special day. Enjoy yourself with your family. It's a special day. Don't get too caught up on what you eat on the special occasion. Believe me, your body will be fine with it.0

We've all broken down and eaten something that is not what we would deem healthy. It's no big deal. Just log it and move on. Just go back to your diet plan and stick with it. One day is not gonna kill you.0

Dont deny yourself any of the food you love .. thats doomed to fail. Try not to be too hard on yourself, and just re-adjust tomorrow .. no food is off limits, its just about balancing it out good luck x0
