Is there such a thing as too much proteins?

My macro ratio is 35 35 30 (protein carbs fat) so my protein intake is around 150 g. My weight is 160 pounds. Is it ok?

    There is such a thing as too much, but 150g isn't. (As long as you have no kidney problems)

    Yes, that should be fine. You'd have to eat about twice that much to even think twice about it unless you have kidney issues. That said, there's no reason for you eat that much protein but if you want to then it shouldn't be a problem.

    Too much would be something like 300+ grams. No need to worry.
