I'm 23 M 175 cm, started around 84 kg, now 73 kg and trying to shed another 10 before starting to build muscles. I'm eating around 1700 kcal with 35-35-30 macro, so 150 g of both proteins and carbs and 57 g of fat. Do you think it's a good ratio to lose weight? Which one are you using?

The macro ratio is not a huge factor in losing weight, your calorie deficit is what you need to focus on.

As long as your protein macro is high enough (approximately 0.8g/lb body mass), so you don't lose too much muscle mass, you're ok.

Agree. Also, I prefer setting defined grams based on weight, as opposed to percentages of intake. Easier for me to track, but both ways are fine.
