What type of exercise is this
I have been some sort og interval training at the gym and now on zoom due to lockdown. I never log this in my calories burned. Basically, 5 minutes warm ups include burpees, jacks, high knee jumps etc. Then we do 1 minute weight station. Squats with 20-40 lbs. Dead lifts. Kettle ball. Planks with 10lbs on back. Etc. All…

Morning vs Evening Workouts
I would like to hear your routines. I have tried and tried a morning routine but just don't have the energy for it. I would love to workout in the AM so I can free up my evenings. What are your suggestions? (BTW, I work so it is either a very early morning workout or late evening)

Zumba and toning-how to calculate calories burned
I use a heart rate monitor when doing Zumba to track my calories burned. However, I am going to start doing a class that mixes Zumba with toning. Would my HRM calories burned be accurate? Logging exercise for next day
I exercise late around 7 pm. If I burn 500, for example, can I log those calories burned for tomorrow and eat them tomorrow? That way tomorrow I have my 1200 daily allowance plus the 500 calories of today's exercise:? Can that be done daily?

Exercise Today - Log Calories Burned Tomorrow?
If I exercise at 8 pm, can I log in the calories burned the next day and eat them the next day? Same thing the following day. Eat the calories burned the previous night?
