What type of exercise is this

I have been some sort og interval training at the gym and now on zoom due to lockdown. I never log this in my calories burned. Basically, 5 minutes warm ups include burpees, jacks, high knee jumps etc. Then we do 1 minute weight station. Squats with 20-40 lbs. Dead lifts. Kettle ball. Planks with 10lbs on back. Etc. All with light weights. By the end of the class i am soaked and beat. I can wear my heart rate monitor to log in calories. But would it be accurate for this type of exercise? Some are pretty hard like stepping on with 10-20 lbs.
