Do you think i should log it??

You tend to gain water weight for a day or 2 when you drink BUT alcohol does have a lot of calories especially mixed cocktails. 1.5 oz of tequilas has around 92 calories.

I have the same issue and vaseline does the trick.

Yes.

Liquid diet? Noooooooo. I would be the meanest person on this earth if I did that. I do have smoothies for snacks or when I am on the run but they are not my main meal.

This is why you are not losing weight. Going below 1200 is not going to guarantee a faster weight loss or any at all.

I am not eating back exercise calories. I want to get to the lower end of my BMI range - more “insurance” that I won’t get fat again[/quote] This is why you are not losing weight. Going below 1200 is not going to guarantee a faster weight loss or any at all.

a polar heart rate monitor with a chest strap The older versions will cost less but are just as good as the newer ones. I have had mine for 5 years and works wonderfully.

It does work and I will tell you why. You drink 2 shakes that are around 200 calories each. And one small meal. You are eating around 1000-1200 calories a day. It works because you are limiting calories but paying a price for it. There is nothing magical in the shake itself or tea or pills. The only magical thing is that…

I like that. Go slow and start getting up 15 minutes earlier. I think I will do that.

Yikes 3:45?!! I think I am still snoring at that time. LOL. Wow, so awesome.
-
Yikes! More than once a day? I am dying with an one hour session once a day for 5 days. But I guess it is doable if you can keep your strength up and feed your body properly.

Do your kids own xbox? There are a lot of interactive exercise videos for xbox. That is how I started with Zumba. I would do 30 minutes 3xs per week. You can use the classes already programmed in or you can make up your own.

I was on lexapro for over a year and have weaned off it with my dr's supervision. Since then, I have been able to lose weight at a rate of 1-2 lbs per week. While on Lexapro, I did lose but very slowly. But it was a wonderful drug for me. I had more energy and helped with my anxiety. I was also on paxil a couple of years…

This is why I follow 1200-1500 calories a day plus I what I burn through exercise. To leave some room for calculation errors like underestimating calories I eat.

Yes, you can find affordable dental work in mexico but you need to ask for a good dentist.
-
I wear a heart rate monitor and do 1 hour Zumba. Some days I burn 300 calories and other times I have burned at much as 550. It depends on the intensity you put in it. The numbers will fluctuate greatly.

I have been doing IF for 2 weeks and have finally lost 2 lbs. I had been stuck for a couple of months. I am only going to do it when I plateau. My eating window is from 9am-4pm.
-
I usually burn between 400-550 per day through exercise. I eat maybe around 100 of those calories per day and I "bank" the rest so I can have a treat on the weekend. And by treat I mean a glass or 2 of wine or a tiny piece of cake or if we go out to eat.

I agree completely. I been watching every single bite for 6 months and had lost only 2 lbs. My dr recently weaned me off Lexapro since it is just 10 mg and wants to see I feel without it. It has been 2 weeks that I stopped taking it and have lost 6 lbs. I am eating the same and exercising 4 hours per week. I was a avid…

I am the oddball when it comes to weight. I tend to lose weight a couple of days before my period. And it stays off. Weird I know but I have always had an issue with hormone imbalance and now that they are under control, I am losing weight more easily.

eat your calories burned plus 1200 calorie goal. So if you burn 450, you will be eating a total of 1650.

Herbalife. Artichoke capsules. Chinese teas. Phentermine.
-
Yes, you can but don't make it a weekly habit.
-
I wish I had your problem. Anyway, there are tons of food that would get you over 1000 calories like cheese.

my morning coffee with bread

I don't know about those 2 but I am on lexapro. I noticed that before I took AD, I had very low energy therefore I had to really push myself to exercise. And when I did I was really working hard. My HRM would give me around 550 calories burned for an hour of zumba. Now, 2 weeks on lexapro, I have energy to exercise and do…

It might be the creamer if it is the liquid one. As much as I love it, I stay away from it because of the "effects". Sorry TMI. LOL.

This is the Herbalife plan: shake and tea: 300 calories shake: 300 calories light dinner: 500 calories As you can see, it is a very low calorie plan. It is something you can do on your own without spending all that money. Make your own smoothies and will be more filling and healthier than herbalife. Good Luck.

I too had lots of energy on it but did sleep longer and like a dead log. But each one is different. I hope the side effects go away for you because it is an excellent med for depression and anxiety.
