Worth it??
I am trying to shred these lbs and i was all over the place. So ive been sticking with the treadmill. They have a weight loss program on it. Its 36 minutes. Hopefully this well help me loose some weight. Im 28. 223lbs 5'4

Might not seem like much but today was day one of week 3 and i acctually entered a program for weight loss on the treadmill and finished the whole thing ot wasnt running but 30 minutes of no stopping was a big deal for me

Welp here is a rundown so far week 2 at the gym. Not seeing much as far as change goes however i feel more confident. Feeling some muscle definition in my thighs. Just ready to be seeing some changes!!
