Ok I lost 70lbs the first time and them got pregnant and well lazy it's been 18 months since I've had my daughter and on @ 222 lbs and like to be around 150 any personal trainers ect wanna give me a good workout routine to do at home that will yield in actual results??? And any kinda nutrition plan I should follow? I need very good motivation!!!!!
