Welp here is a rundown so far week 2 at the gym. Not seeing much as far as change goes however i feel more confident. Feeling some muscle definition in my thighs. Just ready to be seeing some changes!!

    Getting started is the hardest part, so two weeks of consistent workouts is great! As already stated, stick with it and you'll soon see results. If you're not already, try keeping track of your measurements and progress pics as well as the scale.
