Work out or blow out?
I exercise 4 times a week. I try to exercise early so I do it. But there is a difference between a decent work out and one where I'm useless for the rest of the day. I try to do a blow out once a week to really push. (I take a killer TRX Class). What's the right way to do this? Should every work out try to be a blow out?…

Dysmorphia and summer
i am struggling with dysmorphia. I have no idea what I actually look like to other people. I am very close to my goal weight but getting older means things still look looser than I like. How do I best manage feeling like I still look fat at my goal. My BMI Is 20%. What do you do?

I blew past my goals!
and it's still early in this. I had a 3 month follow up with my trainer. The scale barely went down by 10 lbs. But, boy have I lost inches! One of my goals was to do a full squat without holding on or pushing off. I can now do 10! My BMI went from 27% to 18! But the biggest for me is that I can walk 3.5 mph on an uphill…

Crunchy knees!
Now that I am working out regularly I am noticing more and more that my knees sound like a bowl of rice crispies when I go up and down steps! Anything I can do to alleviate that or stop it from getting worse? I am working on exercising muscles to strengthen and stabilize them but this sounds internal to the joint.…

Knee strengtheners
I am over 50. I am doing well 3 months into serious working out etc. But, my knees are giving me trouble. Not just hurting, but feeling wobbly and giving out. Can anyone recommend good knee strengthening low impact work outs? I don't run,I do treadmill, elliptical and reclining bike. Thanks!

Weight gain after exercise?
Doess anyone else experience a slight weight gain the day after a particularly grueling work out? Even if I do not give myself more calories that day I gain a pound. It goes away over the next two days. Is it extra water or is the muscle building? I'm OK with it. Just curious.

Accurate calorie counts
I've noticed some real anomalies in some of the foods that show up when you search for a particular food. In some cases the data entered seems almost like a joke. Is there a way to manage this entire so that they don't stay? Like there are bunches of entries for Wawa products that don't match their nutrition page at all.…

Calculating calories burned
Every day in cold weather I hike 1/4 mile carrying 45 lbs of water. I can't find a good caloric calculator that tells me the calories burned for an activity like this. Anyone have a suggestion?
