Sedentary? Lightly active? Help!
So I have my settings on sedentary at the moment. I walk one hour every other day and days between that I jog/ walk for about 40 minutes . If I switch it to lightly active , mfp has me eat 1800 calories . I feel like that is a lot of calories and I won't lose. Right now Mfp has me on 1550 calories. So what exactly does…

Does anyone know if walking is good for weight loss? I jog 3 times a week and i walk on the days I don't jog, but I feel like its a waste of time because I dont feel like im working out, since im not sweating or anything!
