Barely started working out again, seen this app and decided id give it a try. Is it good for weight loss?

    weight loss is about eating in calorie deficit; consuming less than you expend.

    Running is a good way to generate a large deficit, although much less in the first few weeks.

    I started with C25K two yers ago, now I run half marathons and I've lost nearly 40lbs
