So I have my settings on sedentary at the moment. I walk one hour every other day and days between that I jog/ walk for about 40 minutes . If I switch it to lightly active , mfp has me eat 1800 calories . I feel like that is a lot of calories and I won't lose.
Right now Mfp has me on 1550 calories.
So what exactly does sedentary and lightly active define?

MFP activity level shouldn't include exercise.
Just log your walks and runs. Eat 50% of the calories and adjust up or down as needed over time.1
