Ok so my starting weight was 190, i started my weight loss journey on January 20. I eat around 1300-1500 calories a day. On days i exercise i try to eat more but sometimes im just not that hungry. So my first weigh in was about a month after i started , i only lost 4 pounds. Second weigh in three weeks later, i lost 9 pounds, weighing in at 177. just weighed myself today two weeks later and i weigh 171, so thats six pounds.Total weight loss of 19 pounds in less than two months. I always seem to weigh myself after a meal. So am i eating too little? Im 5 feet 6 inches.

Averaged over 8 weeks that's about 2.4 lbs/week - but as your rate has speeded up, you may be being a bit over-zealous in the calorie restriction department. Perhaps rather than trying to eat more on exercise days, you could bump up each day by 50-100 calories (a handful of nuts would do it lol). You want to make sure that you are getting all your necessary nutrients not just the macros. If you want specific suggestions, open your diary.0

I think if u feel good and aren't overdoing it your fine. I lost 10lb this month. I usually eat 1300-1400. I know theres a good chance I will lose at a much slower rate next month and thats totally fine. If u know ur being healthy and not starving yourself it's all good. But realize most months probably won't be that high0

My weight came off very quickly at first. 1.8kg per week or a bit over 4lbs a week. It's slowing down now to 1.3kg per week.0
