I find myself eating when I get bored and I don't know how to stop it. Mostly when I'm at work. I'll grab chips or trail mix. Any suggestions

Ab work out
Ok all I'm tired of laying on my back to do abs and I'm stuck on thinking of a good ab work out for like standing up. Any suggestions

I need help with abs
OK all I can go through my workout and when it comes to any kind of ab workout I tend to say I'm to tired or I'll do a extra set tomorrow and up never doing. I have tried doing first to help warm up but I get tired and shrug it off and head to lifting weights. I need suggestions and support to help me do a ab workout.

Help with soda pop
Hey all, I have been struggling with quiting soda pop for about a year. I'll do great for a couple days then I will have one and fall back into the grove. I have tried to substitute the caffeine crave with other sources. Does anyone have any suggestions?

morning when I was working out I was doing curls about 35 pounds and when I went down and when I was coming back up I felt free pops in my left arm by my elbow and upper forearm anybody have any suggestions on what this might be obviously I'm going to go to the doctor but the doctor don't open for another 3 hours.

I plan to start p90x is there anything I should do or know before I start? ( I borrowed the videos from a friend thats doesn't do it. So i don't have anything else that came with it. )

cardio before or after strength training
I do some of cardio to warm start off my routine. I heard that if I do cardio at the end of my routine i would burn more muscle then I would burn calories. What are thoughts on this?

hey I've been a member of I'm FP for couple months now and I've been trying to get friends to join me on my morning workout but nobody wants to keep going so I'm just looking for people to help keep me motivated
