Intermittent fasting really works! A t 50 I feel better than ever!
3 years ago I decided to lose weight & get fit. I've been lean and strong ever since! Check out the before & after pics. If I can, believe me... YOU CAN!!!

I used to think I couldn't lose weight until my doctor scared me. Joined a gym and Myfitnesspal and the rest is history. Do you believe that you can do it? Before & After pix below.

I hope to inspire people that think they will never lose weight. I thought that way for 15 years until I discovered clean eating, weight lifting and selfies...lol I love food, cooking and eating. But I was able to transform my habits into healthy ones. If I can do it, you can do it! See my after & before below.

First I exercise the core only 15 mins a day and only 3 days a week.,.. not four... three! I use P90X mon we'd and fri. What works for you? What questions do you have?
