I lost 70 lbs. over 11 months. Kept it off for over two years now. Clean eating plus daily wrigjt lifting made a huge difference.

Thank you everyone! Sorry for responding so late. I feel better at 50 than I ever did at 30. My height is 5' 4" and I now weigh 157. After 3 years I'm keeping it off. Hallelujah!
