We often have a hard time being encouraging to others. This thread is for developing, learning, or teaching this skill. Simply post something unfortunate and the next poster replies with "look on the bright side.... (Insert a positive outlook) then post a misfortune for someone else to respond to, and so on. Have fun.

Pretty self explanatory...you are given a choice of two things and you have to pick which one you like more and why. Example: Boxers or Briefs? Then the person responds and then follows up with the next choices. Ready to Play? Rock or Hip Hop?

Linea alba
Linea alba is the part of my abdominal area I would like to develop over time. Is there an exercise that helps in developing this area? I am currently starting to see result from my efforts in calisthenics and kettlebell classes any additional input would be greatly appreciated.
