We often have a hard time being encouraging to others. This thread is for developing, learning, or teaching this skill. Simply post something unfortunate and the next poster replies with "look on the bright side.... (Insert a positive outlook) then post a misfortune for someone else to respond to, and so on. Have fun.

My firm has decided to downsize, and have eliminated key positions, I now have added responsibility for less pay, and our health benefits have require us to pay higher premiums while providing less services. Why me?

mastitis translated from spanish means more titis.

Uhhh what? Someone claimed they were Transgender when they weren't? How do you know she wasn't? I once met a guy that I had no idea was ever a female because he had been on hormones for so long, no one in his life except his family and his wife knew he was a female. He had as deep of a voice as my husband! So on the bright side.... uhh, she may have been telling the truth???

I didn't have mastitis after all! Yay! but I'm exhausted with a newborn

Look on the bright side, at least you no longer have to clean up tons of, um, monthly blood!
I feel like I'll never figure out how to balance life properly so as to avoid re-injury once I heal fully!
