Linea alba

Linea alba is the part of my abdominal area I would like to develop over time. Is there an exercise that helps in developing this area? I am currently starting to see result from my efforts in calisthenics and kettlebell classes any additional input would be greatly appreciated.

    Dude.. it's just connective tissue - there's no muscle there. If you want more definition there.. like a 6 pack.. you'll need to reduce your body fat. That's mostly from calorie control.
