Garmin HRM am I using it right?
I bought a vivofit with HRM, do you wear the HRM all day or just when exercising? If I wear it just while exercising (insanity, bootcamp, treadmill zumba, yoga) will the calorie burn for those a two hours be fairly accurate?

how come some days Garmin autologous my exercise calories and some days it doesn't. I usually manually enter it into mfp but so days Garmin does it too .

Calculating calories for non MFP workouts
how do you calculate calories burned for activities and classes that MFP doesn't list? Piloxing, sculpting, and insanity are a few I've done but can't find on here

Serving size in a recipie
I made homemade chili tonight. I entered all the ingredients from allrecipies.com along with the servings and MFP came up with calories per serving, but how do I know what a serving is? Is there a way to figure this out?

Food scale
Hi So I'm new to using a food scale. Do you weigh absolutely everything you eat? Do you do weight it cooked or raw? And this may sound stupid but we have a postage scale if I put a dish on it and aubtract the weight of the dish does this act the same as a food scale?
