Ok a little help According to here I should 69 grams of fat and 78 of sugar. But I've seen elsewhere ranges of 69 to 86 of fat & 78 to 100 of sugar. Which should I follow

I know u can't be perfect and NE er go over fat and sugar grams. But what is a good amount to be ove ? Like today I'm 4 over sugar but 12 of that is from seedless red grapes

Ok so if a salad for on here doesn't say without dressing is it safe to assume the dressing is counted in the macros

Checking weight
Since I started maintaining I weigh every day which I find fascinating as you can gain one day and lose the next but it usually evens out. Does anybody else do this too?
