Ok a little help
According to here I should 69 grams of fat and 78 of sugar. But I've seen elsewhere ranges of 69 to 86 of fat & 78 to 100 of sugar. Which should I follow

TL;DR: fat and protein should be based off you body weight; fat 1 gram per 0.35xlb lean body mass, protein 1g per lb body mass. I don't bother tracking sugar, it's covered under carbs. I edited my settings to track fiber instead.0
