Ok so if a salad for on here doesn't say without dressing is it safe to assume the dressing is counted in the macros

    It depends on where the salad is from. There are some restaurants/fast food places that count the dressing as part of the salad and others that don't. I have found this out the hard way. If they have a website with nutrition facts it usually specifies.

    It's the Michigan salad at crutons GVSU. Says its 497 calories so I'm assuming the dressing is included
