be cautious about fiber
Just a quick note to remind everyone to be cautious about adding fiber to your diet. I wasn't and ate 33 grams on Wednesday and wound up in the ER with vomiting and diarrhea. Yuck! when nutrition facts don't jibe
I've eaten a cup of Unico chick peas as an entree for two days in a row. The numbers on the label on the can and in the entry in MFP says there are a very reasonable 340 calories in a cup but the numbers on the Internet here says a whopping 720 calories! Which is it?! I'm screwed if the Internet numbers are right!

are calories for peanuts and peanut butter too low in mfp?
The numbers for peanuts and peanuts butter seem too low in mfp. The nutrition facts on the back of my bag of peanuts says a whopping 290 calories per a third of a cup. But mfp says way less. Which is right?
