Hi, I'm Jane, new to MyFitnessPal but a veteran dieter. Last year alone, i went on four diets. I've balloned up to 230 pound and i am only 5'3". I guess all i can do is try again. I've been dieting for seven days. I only weigh myself once a week, so i haven't had any feedback yet. I weigh in tomorrow morning [fingers crossed!] I just started here today and typed in this days food log. I was happy to see i have been eating under my calorie limit just by instinct. So it's been nice to have that feedback. I look forward to getting to know you all!
