Best Exercises/workout for getting rid of Belly Fat! Some Constraints Though
MFPers, I need your advice I need to lose all the belly fat/visceral fat. What has worked best for you? Some constraints, I have a back injury no disc between my S5 and L1, so I can't do sit-ups, but Planks and Bridges are fine. Also, no jumping, and no running, biking is Cool.
