If the discussion title rings a bell for you, then you and I have something in common and you already know where I am headed. Hopefully, to a place of better health where my liver enzymes return to normal. This according to my doctor will occur when I regain my optimum BMI. The last time I was at my optimum BMI, I was 17, I am 53 now. Needless to say that is many pounds and many years ago and I seem to have gotten a bit shorter over the years so my BMI bracket is lower than it use to be. In any case I have already met some folks here who are helping me on my journey to recovery and I really appreciate that. I look forward to meeting some more folks and hope that I can also learn to be a positive force for others. Thanks Bill
