This is one of my breakfast favorites. I can tolerate Soy, so for the folks who can't I suggest substitute with a So delicious cultured vanilla coconut yogurt instead of the Silken Tofu.
Anti-oxidant Lactose free Berry Smoothie
1/2 cake Silken Tofu
1 cup fresh Blueberries
1 TBS almond butter
2 chopped mission figs
1 to 2 teaspoons Flax Seed Oil
Oat milk to cover ( or rice, or almond, your choice)
Just leave enough room for your stick blender so it doesn't go all over the place when you turn it on. Blend and Drink.
Substitute the So Delicuous cultured Coconut yogurt if you can't do the Tofu ( not as much protein but it will taste just as good if not better)
Enjoy!0
