MFPers, I need your advice I need to lose all the belly fat/visceral fat. What has worked best for you? Some constraints, I have a back injury no disc between my S5 and L1, so I can't do sit-ups, but Planks and Bridges are fine. Also, no jumping, and no running, biking is Cool. Your suggestions appreciated. Thanks!

Planks, six inches, crunches and swimming for me! I don't know what all you can do, but that's my list.
It doesn't really remove fat. The fat has to come off by losing weight. But it helps me tone up.0 -
You can't burn the weight off a specific area. You just need to focus on losing weight overall, it'll come off the stomach sooner or later.0

Thanks, I wondered about if that was the way it would go. That helps.0

Eat at a deficit and you'll lose. You can't spot reduce, so it's going to come from all over and eventually, the belly.0

Thanks, doing that. It's good to know that one day it will get burned off.0
