Always at 1200cals?!
Hello, At 168cm and 65.5kg I am in the healthy range, but would like to slim down a bit to fit into my pants again. No matter if I set my weekly loss to 0.25kg or 1kg - the projected calories always stay at 1200. What's going on? Thanks for any advice!

Changed calories on myfitnesspal?!
Hi, first used the app two years ago, it was hard but it worked a treat. Am back on it (and in the same weight range and the same goals) but find that all the calorie values seem different for food and exercise & it seems a lot more generous and - surprise - I'm not losing at all. Does anyone have similar experiences?

Getting toned without feeling sore?
Hi, I've been going to Curves for a couple of months now. My friends swear by it and one of them looks a bit more toned. I had to take a break and don't see results yet. What worries me is that in spite of vigorous workouts I have never ever been sore. Can you get toned without feeling it? Or am I wasting my time? Thanks…

Same calories for different goals?
Hi, I'm already in the healthy bei range but wanna lose a few more kilos. my goal is Set to 1kg loss per week, which I find a bit ambitious - but the cals stay at 1200 even if i change the settings to 0.5kg. MFP has stuffed my cals around before. Any ideas? Thanks!

Struggling on 4600kj
Hi, after several weeks of easy losses, my kilojoule allowance has dropped to a point where I find it really hard to feel full even though I eat lots of protein. Evenings are particularly hard when dinner doesn't fill you up. Any suggestions or ideas on how to manage better are much appreciated! :-)
