Well ..I haven't been hitting the pavement or the treadmill .. Thought I'd give my body a. Few days after that 10.4 mile walk. I've been tearing apart the flowerbeds. Figure that was enough up & down and twisting.. So here's to getting back at it !!

OK help!! I workout anywhere between 30 -45 min everyday.. I change it up. Walk on the treadmill up the speeds even started jogging..do crunches & situps leg lifts.. Even bike ride.
