lazy

Well ..I haven't been hitting the pavement or the treadmill .. Thought I'd give my body a. Few days after that 10.4 mile walk. I've been tearing apart the flowerbeds. Figure that was enough up & down and twisting.. So here's to getting back at it !!

You can only do what your body and mind will allow you to do.. Sometimes the mind and body just are not in sync... When that happens confusion, anxiety even tension will almost prevail which = a day or two off...

If I go more than 2 days without moving around, I get cranky... my workouts are my complete recipe to keep my sanity in life.

10 miles is a good long walk, so a rest was probably just the thing for you. I hope you feel refreshed and re-energized now and find a whole new level to reach for!

Why do you think youve been lazy?

Not lazy at all. Tearing up flower beds can be rough work. I actually have to get to mine. I would rather hit the pavement than the beds.
