My shorts FIT!
Feeling proud of myself! 60 days plus of watching my carbs and upping my protein. MFP has helped so much. Who knew that journaling my food intake could be fun! I haven't weighed myself, cuz I don't want to be discouraged. The husband even noticed!

50+ days. I think I can! I think I can!
Taking one day at a time. 1200 calories a day. I am aiming for <60 carbs (less fiber) and >70 protein daily. Afraid to weigh myself cuz clothes feel better, and energy level is up. Need to keep going, and not be discouraged. Need to lose 30 lbs to assist with severe back pain. Any help/friends appreciated!

How do I get My Fitness to count net carbs? I notice that an Atkins protein bar lists 3 net carbs but my "counter" shows 19 carbs. Any tips?

Lap bander is still struggling.
I had lap band surgery ten years ago and have continued to struggle. I just keep gaining and dieting. I learned to "outeat" my band and dialated my esophagus. They took all the fluid out of my band, and WHAM-30 lbs gained in SIX months. They don't tell you that can happen, until it does. The nutritionist at my doctor's…
